The following terms and conditions may apply to all or some services provided by Ethix Construction Logistix, Inc.
- Quotes are valid only through the date specified. If materials are required after the valid through date, quote needs to be updated.
- This quote is valid only for the quoted project.
- Customer accepts to pay for ordered materials and/or trucking/hauling services upon successful delivery by EthixCL, Inc.
- If at time of delivery customer can not properly receive material and/or trucking/hauling services ordered in a timely manner, after 15 minutes of wait will incur in hourly charges at our standard hourly rate until trucker(s) can load and/or dump the load(s).
- Prices on this quotation won’t be honored if diesel fuel prices are raised unexpectedly over $3.00 per gallon. Prices will increase $.30 cents per ton for every $1-dollar diesel fuel price goes up.
- Quoted prices are based on customer paying for invoices within agreed terms.
- EthixCL, Inc does not agree to customer holding any retainage on any quoted project. EthixCL, Inc does not supply any performance or payment bonds, and customer accepts the insurance coverage EthixCL, Inc provides.
- Quoted prices include sales tax according to the county where materials are being delivered.
- Quotation must be approved by customer in our platform within ten (10) days from the date it was submitted, prior to initiate any material deliveries and/or trucking/hauling services.
- Quotes are based on customer loading material in a timely and efficient manner, using a full size loader or excavator, and material being stockpiled, unless different arrangements have been previously made between both parties.
- For delivery of excess fill, standard market measurements of 18 cubic yards per load will be used, unless truck is measured before departure or upon arrival to jobsite. Upon receipt of loads customer is fully responsible and accept load size delivered.
- Ethix Construction Logistix, Inc can not guaranteed quoted prices and/or deliveries of materials in the occurrence of acts of God, lack of inventory or availability of materials at quarries, or any other circumstances that are out of our direct control such us manifestations, protests, terrorist acts, etc.
